Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with Singpost (and their international partners). 

Please allow up to 3 business days for domestic (Singapore) orders which include order packing and processing. I pack all orders by hand, with love of course, and would appreciate your patience! 

International orders can take 3 - 15 working days to be delivered. If you do not receive your package after 4 weeks after your shipping date, please get in touch with me at ontyelly@gmail.com and I will gladly re-send your letter! I will not be re-sending letters if you get in touch after 2 months 🤪

All shipping fees are already included in the prices stated on all products.
